TODD R. WAGNER
Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville
Bachelor of Science, Biology, 1998
Northern Illinois University College of Law
Juris Doctorate, 2001
I grew up on a farm in Central Illinois as the youngest of four. Because I have always enjoyed learn about the world we live in, I earned my biology degree from Southern Illinois University in 1998. However, I decided to pursue something different and chose to attend law school. I graduated from at Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2001.
I moved to Colorado after graduation because, after all, who doesn’t want to live in Colorado? Thereafter, I married my awesome wife, Laurie, in 2006. I have also been blessed with a daughter born in 2008, a son born in 2013 and another daughter born in 2015. They bring such joy to my life. They laugh out loud when they see something funny and they cry during a Disney movie even though they know it will have a happy ending. I wouldn’t trade that emotional roller coaster for anything.
Prior to starting Wagner Law Office, I had worked for various, other Denver area law firms and it was in 2005 that I began my work for bankruptcy clients. I eventually decided that I didn’t want to be the typical attorney. I wanted to truly be myself and run a law firm that my parents would be proud of and, in 2007, I ventured off and opened Wagner Law Office without many clients or prospects.
I approach every client who walks through my door with a courtesy and openness you won’t likely find elsewhere. Every person sits in my office for a different reason and I like to listen to the facts that brought that person to my office in the first place. It does matter.
We all need help sometimes and my goal is to give you the advice and guidance you need. Whether you’re still current on all of your financial obligations or you’re already being garnished by a creditor, I encourage you to give my office a call today and set an appointment to meet with me. It’s a free, one-hour appointment with a bankruptcy attorney that will be well worth your time. Let me help you and your family make a good decision.
